We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

• Return Window: You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, you’re responsible for shipping costs.
• Refund Process:
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• How to Return:
  • Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select “Return Item.”
  • Follow the instructions to get a return label and ship the item back.
  • We’ll email you once the return is processed and the refund is issued.

What if an item arrives broken?

• Do not throw it away or use the item.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • 1–2 clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Outcome: We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll cover shipping).
• Note: Used items cannot be replaced, as we need to confirm the item was damaged upon arrival.
